Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@oriolicoffee.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: R. dos Lusíadas 55A, 1300-366 Lisboa

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as coffee), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@oriolicoffee.com.

Exchanges and Returns

The user may cancel the order up to 24 hours after placing it, by sending an email to contact@oriolicoffee.com. Orioli Coffee will respond with instructions for canceling or returning the goods via the same means of communication.

Users have the right to return products purchased within 14 days of receipt, provided that the products have not been used and are in perfect condition and fit to be resold. Products returned open, without their original packaging, incomplete, damaged, or used by the customer will not be accepted.

The cost of return shipping will be borne by the user, unless the return is due to a manufacturing or shipping defect on the part of Orioli Coffee.

Whenever possible, the refund should be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Products must be returned within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to Orioli Coffee.

The customer has the right to cancel the workshop or training up to fifteen days prior to the respective training. In the event of cancellation by the consumer within the indicated period, Orioli Coffee will refund the full amount of the training.

In the event of a cancellation request by the consumer after the 15 days mentioned above, Orioli Coffee will refund 50% (fifty percent) of the training amount to the customer.

Orioli Coffee reserves the right to cancel any training or workshop at any time, giving prior notice to the consumer and refunding the full amount of the training.

If the full amount of the training or workshop is not paid at least fifteen days prior to the selected date, the training will be automatically canceled, with no refund to the customer.

In the event of withdrawal by the customer, there will be no refund by Orioli Coffee, and a new certification date will be set by mutual agreement between the parties.

Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned deadlines will result in the certification not being held on the scheduled dates.
