Coffees Produced
We produce Arabica coffee. Our varieties have been carefully selected with a view to good productivity and the delivery of excellent sensory profiles. We currently have Catuaí Vermelho 144 and Catuaí Amarelo 62 on our farm, as well as Gesha, Paraíso, Arara, Topázio, Catucai, and IPR. The harvested coffee can be processed using the dry and wet methods, resulting in natural, semi-washed (cherry peeled), honey, and induced fermentation batches. Our production is located at an altitude of 1,100 meters. Our harvest begins in June and extends through August/September.
