To ensure quality and consistency, each batch of coffee is analyzed within the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) protocol. To develop the best roast profile for each batch of coffee produced, we utilize our knowledge within the field of roasting science. We do everything in an artisanal way, we use specific roasters for specialty coffees and with the help of software we control and record each profile developed. To ensure the quality and consistency of our coffees, we use sensory analysis in our lab.
Our coffees are unique, the result of the commitment and dedication of the Orioli family and bring all the characteristic of the Terroir of the Chapada dos Veadeiros Region - GO, with great cup profile, intense sweetness, balanced acidity, a round body with a pleasant and persistent after taste.
