1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

The use of the www.oriolicoffee.com website and the purchase of products through it is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By using the website and/or placing an order for products through it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the website.

You may use the Website only for legal purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to use the Website in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

3. Customer Registration and Confirmations

When registering on the Orioli Coffee website, the customer must ensure that all mandatory information is correct and complete.

On the "Create Account" page you must enter the information and fill in the options that are available to you during the order termination process (Name, delivery and billing address, NIF, form of payment and shipping, and data for tax purposes that you want to appear on the invoice).

The data on the invoice are the sole responsibility of the User. The invoice once issued cannot be reissued with changes. By creating an account on our website, you can process your order more quickly.

Orders placed on this website do not constitute a binding contract until the customer receives an e-mail confirmation from Orioli Coffee.

Orioli Coffee has the right to refuse orders particularly in situations of inability to obtain credit or suspected fraud.

The data that is recorded by Orioli Coffee constitutes proof of order and complete transaction and the financial data is proof of financial transactions.

 

4. Products and Prices

The prices of the products are indicated on the website and include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal. Shipping costs are additional and will be indicated before order completion.

We make every effort to ensure that the images of the products on the website correspond to the actual products, but we cannot guarantee that the color or other characteristic of the product displayed on the website exactly matches the actual product.

Orioli Coffee makes its products and services available on this site within the limited and existing stocks, and may differ from prices and campaigns of physical stores.

 

5. Payment

The payment of orders can be made through different means of electronic payment available on the site.

Payments are processed through a third party provider and you agree to their terms and conditions of use.

If the payment of the order is not received by our services within the period referred to at the time of ordering, it cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be returned or used in a new order.

 

6. Delivery

Orders will be sent to the address provided by the user during the ordering process. Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location and the shipping method chosen.

We will make every effort to meet the delivery times indicated on the website, but will not be liable for any delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our control.

 

7. Cancellation and Returns

The user can cancel the order up to 24 hours after the order, through the email oriolicoffee.com and the instructions for cancellation or return of the goods answered and defined by Orioli Coffee, by the same means of communication.

The user has the right to return the purchased products within 14 days of their receipt, provided that the products have not been used and are in perfect condition and able to be sold again. Products returned open, without original packaging, incomplete, damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted.

The cost of sending the return will be borne by the user, unless the return is made due to a manufacturing defect or an Orioli Coffee shipment.

Whenever possible the return should be made by the same payment method made at the time of purchase.

The customer has the right to cancel the workshop or training up to fifteen days prior to the respective training. In case of cancellation by the consumer within the indicated period, Orioli Coffee will refund the full value of the training.

In case of cancellation request by the consumer after the 15 days mentioned above, Orioli Coffee returns 50% ( fifty percent) of the training value to the customer.

Orioli Coffee reserves the right to cancel any training or workshop at any time by notifying the consumer in advance and returning the full value of the training.

If the full amount of the training or workshop is not paid up to fifteen days prior to the respective selected date, the training will be automatically canceled, without returning value to the customer.

In case of withdrawal by the customer, there will be no refund by Orioli Coffee, being a new certification date to be defined in common agreement between the parties.

Failure to comply with any of the mentioned deadlines implies the failure to perform certification on the scheduled dates.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All contents of the website, including text, images, graphics, logos and software, are the property of our company or its suppliers and are protected by intellectual property laws. No content on the website may be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

 

9. Exemption from Liability

We will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the website, including without limitation any direct, indirect, accidental, consequential or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We do not guarantee that the website is free of errors, viruses or other harmful components.

 

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. You should review the Terms and Conditions regularly to be aware of any changes. By using the Website after posting any changes to the Terms and Conditions, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved exclusively by the courts of the District of Lisbon.
